f you're looking for additional swim meets in 2010 to participate in, please consider coming to the Nassau County Aquatic Center on Long Island for our January 24 and March 7 meets.  The NCAC is a world class facility originally constructed to host the Goodwill Games, and is a stretch 68-meter by 25-meter FAST pool.  Sun Jan 24 & Sun Mar 7 meets will be held in a ten-lane 25-yard all deep water competition course with adjacent short course lanes available for continuous warm up & cool down during meet.

 

Entry RECEIPT deadline for both meets is TEN days prior to event date.  Relays are offered at both meets, along with a full slate of individual events.  Note that the 1000 yard free is included in the Mar 7 meet for those of you who are distance aficionados.
